Postive Power & Why You Need It
What do you do when you've had a bad day? Is there a regimen or a hobby or an escape you know you can count on? Mine is running, for so many reasons. Running is freedom. I've been in a place where I literally couldn't run, where I had to focus on my health and getting better. But the moment I can hit the pavement again? I do it. And no matter how challenging it is, it's always worth it.
